Guidelines
Guidelines describe practices that are generally recommended by the College as part of providing quality medical care in a professional manner. Guidelines:
- provide advice to physicians in relation to certain issues of importance in select areas of medical practice;
- are intended to be a useful resource to members b y supplementing the College's Regulations and By-Laws, including the Code of Conduct;
- do not supplant the requirements of Regulations or By-Laws and any obligations owed by members pursuant to them;
- are not intended to be comprehensive or exhaustive.
