Council is required to appoint annually an Executive Committee from amongst its Councillors. The Executive Committee is responsible for the general administration of the affairs of the College as delegated to it by Council and/or that may require action between meetings of Council. Article 10 of
By-Law 1 provides that all actions of the Executive Committee are deemed to be actions of the Council.
