Complaints Committee

The Complaints Committee is appointed by Council in accordance with Section 41 of The Medical Act.  Section 41(2) provides that at least one third of the persons appointed to the Complaints Committee must be public representatives.   For detailed information regarding the Complaints Committee, refer to its Terms of Reference.
