To investigate
matters referred to the Investigation Committee in compliance with
The
Medical Act, and to dispose of those matters within the
scope of the jurisdiction granted to the Investigation Committee in
The
Medical Act.

(a) |
A Chair who must be a Councillor; |

(b) |
At least one Public Representative who is appointed by the
Council; and |
|
(c) |
At least one Member of the College, |
but at least one third
of the persons appointed to the Investigation Committee must be
Public Representatives.

(a) |
Members are appointed for a one year term. |
|
(b) |
No person shall be a member of the Investigation Committee for
a period of greater than six years. |
