Primary Practice Address

Physicians may practice at more than one location.  If so, the physician’s declared primary practice location appears on the profile. 

Some physicians have no primary practice location because of the nature of their work.  For example, a physician may provide surgical assistance at a variety of locations.  In such cases, the profile contains a descriptive term rather than a specific address.

Physicians who practice from their homes have the option of excluding the address from the profile system.
