Current Certification
Pursuant to legislation, physicians may be registered in
Manitoba in a specialty area of practice if they have:

achieved certification from the Royal College of Physicians and
Surgeons of Canada or from a member board of the American Board of
Medical Specialties, or |
| b. |
passed an examination administered by the College des medicines
du Quebec, or
|
| c. |
been approved by the College. |
The profile contains information on
specialty certifications issued by other organizations but the
College does not assess or endorse these credentials.
Users of the profile system who wish further information respecting
these certifications should make their own inquiries as they see
fit.
The College does not routinely verify current
certification.
